Our Purpose

Our purpose is to…

• Help alleviate the social care crisis, which is having a huge impact on the people of BS3 and Bristol.
• Introduce a new alternative to traditional home/ domiciliary care agencies and other types of community and home-based care, reducing the strain on hospital beds and in care homes.
• Increase choice and control for those who need care and support.
• Provide a truly person-led and flexible service.
• Offer new, well-paid local employment opportunities which provide autonomy and flexibility.
• Support existing care providers and personal assistants to remain in the care sector but be paid fairly and empowered to manage their own work and professional development.
• Encourage high quality, committed and reliable new professionals to the care industry.
