How it works
Tell us about your care needs
Register on our website and indicate what kind of support you need. Or alternatively, contact us directly and we'll ask you a few questions to find out a bit more about your circumstances and what support you're looking for.
Browse our approved providers
View our provider profiles and connect with anyone who you think would suit your requirements – you can either send them a message directly on the website or come through us first and we will contact them on your behalf.
Request an introduction
We will coordinate a joint introduction meeting between you, our BS3 Community Care Manager and your preferred provider. You are also welcome to have a family member or friend there with you.
Receive care and support
At the end of the introduction, if you and the care provider are happy to go ahead with support then you will discuss and agree an initial schedule and plan with them and start receiving support.
What our care seekers say about us
I'm really happy to see a local care service like this. They matched me with a great carer and whenever I have questions or issues, they always get back to me quickly.
The carer I found through BS3 Community Care is exactly what I needed whilst I get back on my feet after surgery. They've been helping around the house and have also helped me do my physiotherapy exercises and get outside for a short walk sometimes.
My mum's carer is wonderful, so kind and caring. I can rely on her to visit my mum at the times we've agreed, and she will always go above and beyond to make sure my mum is comfortable and happy.
