Hello I am Adele, a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (Adult), qualified since 2017. With over 17 years of combined healthcare experience, including 10 years as a Healthcare Assistant prior to earning my degree-accredited nursing qualification, I bring a wealth of knowledge and hands-on expertise across both hospital and residential care settings.

My clinical competencies include comprehensive patient care, assistance with daily living, personal and domestic support, and safe medication administration. I also possess specialist skills in stoma and catheter care, PEG feeding management, and holistic patient care coordination.

Driven by empathy and professionalism, I am passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and advocating for patients’ wellbeing.

I am available mainly for night and evening shifts, with flexibility, excluding Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

I remain committed to maintaining the highest clinical and ethical standards, ensuring dignity, respect, and safety in every aspect of care delivery.

At BS3 Community Care, we are committed to providing a high-quality, community-focused and tailored service. To ensure the sustainability and efficiency of our operations, we charge a fee of £3.50 (plus VAT at 20%) per hour in addition to the hourly rates of care providers.
This fee is essential to cover the running costs associated with managing our service. As a community business, all income is reinvested directly back into the service to enhance its quality, accessibility, and continuity. For more details see our FAQ’s page
